Please notice the first two words. There is something very special within the wording here. It is very obvious.  Why?  The two Hey's and Zoht {this}.  This is clearly designed to share a Gematria with us.

Why is the Letter Aleph in front of Ah-Ah-Si-Reh-Nu?  The Letter Aleph represents G-d As One. This tithe is to be given to G-d!
