Dr. Akiva Gamliel
Dear ones, years ago we established the Chessed Fund and Seforim Fund at B'nai Noach Torah Institute for classmates.
The Seforim Fund
The purpose for the Seforim Fund is to assist those desiring to learn at our Institute. The Seforim Fund is used to purchase books, supplies, CD's, etc. for classmates who do not have the means to do so. This also includes the shipping and handling.
The Chessed Fund
The Chessed Fund assists classmates who do not have the means to pay administration and record fees or tuition costs.
Both the Chessed Fund and Seforim Fund are supported by Teachers, Classmates and Students of B'nai Noach Torah Institute who want to lovingly reach out to those who cannot afford our courses. We ask those who receive assistance from the Chessed Fund and Seforim Fund to give their time to good causes in their community.
We are mentioning the Seforim and Chessed Funds in our bog because of recent E-Mail from U. S. Military Service Personnel. There are several purposes to listing this information.
If you are in the military and desire learning material, we at B'nai Noach Torah Institute would like to assist as we can. Please contact us at:
If you would like to assist service personnel, you can do so in one of several ways.
First, anyone reading this blog that has Seforim {Jewish Books / Noachide Books} in good condition that they would be willing to give purchase and send to military personnel please contact us at http://www.bnti.us/q.html
Second, if you would like to contribute for this purpose, you may do so by going to http://www.bnti.us scroll to the bottom of the page and click on donate. When you contribute there is a window entitled, Make Comments or Ask a Question. In this box type in the words: Military Seforim Gift. If you would like your gift to be available for anyone say, Seforim Gift for Anyone.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful participation.
Blessings and peace,

Shalom: Hello, and how are you doing? My name is Edward Tillman and I am from Colorado Springs, CO. I am currently in the US Army and deployed to the Iraq Theater of Operations conducting Operation Iraqi Freedom. This currently is my third tour to this region in support of OIF. Let me start off by saying that the Jewish story to me has been very wonderful yet complex. I have recently become quite fascinated with your teachings, mysticism, philosophy and people hood. I am amazed at the number of things I have learned in the last couple of months from the small amount of resources made available to me. I would love nothing more than to further my education and spirituality through the teachings of the Kabbalah and Torah. In the last few months my life has changed so much for the better. I could have never made it possible with out the teachings of Jewish spirituality, law and midrash. I am very thankful for everything I have learned and embraced and only thrive for more in my life’s journey. I have never really been religious in my past for the many reasons but I realize now that some if not many teachings of Jewish spirituality have touched my heart. I ask for a small favor friend, if you have an opportunity or time to share more of your religion and help me further my education of your wonderful religion. Any sources of information that you are able to send me would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for books, pamphlets, stories, etc… anything great & intellectual that will help me with my conversation into someday becoming a good Jew. Thank you so much for your time and have a great day. Le’Chaim, SSG Edward Tillman HHT 4-10 CAV Unit # 43008 APO AE 09338
