Our discussion is in the loving memory of Stephen Ben Martha may he rest in peace. May his memory be for good.  May he be elevated in the Heavens.

The comparison is between God the Creator of All and Avimelech King of Gerar.

Genesis 20.1

Genesis 20.1

And Abraham journeyed from there toward the Negev, and lived between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar.

And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister; and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took everything from Aleph to Tav of Sarah.

When he did this what did God do?  What did God Say?

But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, you are but a dead man, because of the woman whom you have taken; for she is a man's wife.

But Abimelech had not come near her; and he said, Lord, will you slay also a righteous nation?

[Avraham Said] to me, She is my sister? and [and Sarah]  herself said, He is my brother; in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.

And God said to him in a dream, Yes, I know that you did this in the integrity of your heart; for I also kept you from sinning against me; therefore I did not let you touch her.  Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for you, and you shall live; and if you restore her not, know you that you shall surely die, you, and all who are yours.

Matthew 1:18-20

Now the birth of Jesus was according to this account: When as his mother Mary {Jesus mother]  was espoused [Married] to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily. 20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, fear not to take unto you Mary your wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

The account in Matthew IS A LIE! Why? We have an example in Genesis 20 of how God viewed taking another man's wife.  IT IS WRONG!

God came to Avimelech and said to him, Behold, you are but a dead man, the woman you have took is a man's wife....

God chastised Avimelech for taking Sarah the wife of Avraham. THEREFORE God would not take Mary the wife of Joseph!!

Avimelech said [There was deception involved] [Avraham Said] to me, She is my sister? and [and Sarah]  herself said, He is my brother; in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this...

On the Other Hand look at what the Christian Writings accused the Creator of the Universe of... the Angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, son of David, fear not to take unto you Mary your wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

If this story were true AND IT IS A LIE! The Angel of the Lord would be required to repeat the exact Words spoken to Him by God, Creator of all.  THEREFORE when the Angel is quoted by Matthew as saying 'Mary your wife'. He would ONLY Say what God Told him.  WE KNOW GOD DID NOT TELL HIM THIS! How do we know? Taken another mans wife is FORBIDDEN by God!! God was going to kill Avimelech for taking the wife of Avraham.  Think of it like this. Avimelech did not know Sarah was the wife of Avraham and he was in very BIG TROUBLE! According to the Christian Writings God knew Mary was Joseph's wife.

In addition AND Avimelech did not touch her. The Christian Writings say the Holy Ghost impregnated Mary. IMPOSSIBLE!

Dear Reader do you see the bigotry of this story? Do you see the lies of this story.

So we have a comparison of what God Does and What God would NEVER DO!
