The Weekly Parshat is brief. We call our Weekly Torah discussion Seeds of Torah. Normally the Weekly Parshat is an audio between 8 to 12 minutes along with a text of a Torah Gematria.

Our Torah Gematria is E-Mailed on the first day of the week to provide a little sweetness throughout the week. It is our hope that the seeds we share will be spread throughout the week.

The course requirements are for participants to read and study the weekly parshat throughout the week.
